The tents are going up, the tables are groaning, shopping baskets are filling, and we’re back where we belong—at the outdoor farmers markets, surrounded by the scent of flowers, the chatter of weekend regulars, and the unmistakable sound of Duncan asking – “Have you tried our shortbread yet?|”
After a long winter (and a lot of baking behind the scenes), we’re ready to roll out the tables, restock the sample trays, and bring our best to market.
This isn’t just any May. It’s our first full season back at outdoor markets since the big move and the construction of our new bakery. And we’re coming in hot—with all-butter, all-handmade, all-Canadian shortbread in tow.

• Brookies – The golden child of the bakery case. Brownie base. Cookie top. All kinds of delicious.
• Shortbread Boutique Bags – Six delectable shortbread cookies tucked up in our clear boutique bag, for gifting, sharing, or just treating yourself.
• Our Brunch-Inspired Flavours – We’re celebrating one of Mom’s favourite activities in May – the Brunch – with Brunch inspired cocktail flavours like Mimosa, Kir Royale and Paloma.
• Sandwich cookies, Squares, Crostata, Scones, and More – Small indulgences. Big flavour.
