Windsor Garlic Festival
The Windsor Garlic Fest welcomes Ginger to this year’s festival. Great news! Plans are underway for the 2024 Garlic Fest in downtown Windsor. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Garlic Festival which moved from Avondale to Windsor in 2022. Last years street fair was a great success.
