Summer’s here and Sable Shortbread is trying something new.
It is time to devote some more time to keeping people up to date on what’s happening at Sable Shortbread. So I am going to try to add to our Share the Joy newsletter/blog more often over this next year. Subscribers will get some nice perks in the way of discounts, draws and even some freebies as we embark on our third year at our little shop in Kentville. So stay tuned and keep reading….
Since the start of Covid we have been holding it together with a skeleton crew, lots of long hours, reduced spending and lots of prayer. As we are looking at moving out of Phase 3 and into Phase 4 of the province’s re-opening plan, we hope to see growth in our business, expansion to the other Atlantic provinces and a general increase in morale for everyone.
Summer is here, the sun is shining (most days), people are starting to look to the future and so are we. We’ve got a special offer for our subscribers. September will mark seven years in business for Sable Shortbread with our third year for the store Kentville beginning this Fall.
So, we are launching some fun new things for summer for you to enjoy. We are more than just shortbread cookies at our Kentville shop. We also carry a wide range of confectionery and we are brining in more products all the time. Our little shop is full of yummy treats and we will be adding some new baked treats in the weeks to come and of course, we have added our wonderful selection of summer drinks. From cold pop to our handmade Italian sodas and very soon blended coffee drinks. So be sure to stop in regularly to enjoy something new and all your favourites.
Summer flavours of shortbread are in the case. Summer drinks are in the cooler. The summer patio is all decked out with tables and chairs. All it needs is you to stop in and grab a treat and have a seat.
Sable Shortbread is growing, changing and embarking on a new beginning as Covid is on the decline (and will stay that way, we hope).
